Welcome to the 8th edition of Dog Artist Podcast! Today our subject is “Clifford the Big Red Titanium Dog” that belongs to Kim & Willie Abrams who reside in Arkansas.

Clifford is a good friend to my dogs Molly & Mookie and

Clifford has been the subject of 2 of my pastels.

Shortly Clifford will undergo a 2nd Surgery for what  Willie explains will be Tibial Tuberosity Advancement (TTA) (performed by Dr. Terry Dew) to repair his ruptured cruciate ligament (ACL). The titanium implant stabilizes the knee joint by changing the geometry and physics of the knee enabling it to work without the cruciate ligament. 

We hope Clifford will recover quickly so that he and Newborn baby "JAKE" and Kim & Willie can come to GranMa Lori's for Treats!
